Hey, random people. Woke up today with the urge to draw this quick attempt for an eleventh Doctor portrait. Don't judge - I've never been good at fan art :D Man, I cannot wait for the new episodes to come out. Gotta go play some basketball now (even though I feel older every time I do nowadays :D)

Taste of Something New

Random people, today I had the immense luck to encounter the art of Michael Turner and I might say I was more than inspired after checking out some of his comic book covers and sketches. Michael Turner was, to my mind, on his way to becoming one of the best artists of our time, but he died at the age of 37 from bone cancer.

I want to sincerely thank him and state that he is officially one of my idols so this piece, which is inspired by his sketches, goes out to him. All things considered, one can never know where inspiration will come from and one certainly has no idea how many brilliant people are living and have lived among us. So, all of you awesome people that I'll never meet - you rule, but you probably already know that :D Over and out.

Artistic Dry Spell

Hey, random people! I have literally no idea what to draw and this crap came out today... yeah. I'd appreciate some ideas in the comments or something :D On the other hand, the new Valiant Unicorns album is currently being recorded (and is going awesome) and I think we'll have it finished by the end of the summer so I'm excited about that - hope it actually sounds good outside of my head, too! So, random people, it's obviously "Draw your own family" week here at Viktorland - as soon as my mom found out about me having drawn my father she wanted a piece of her own. After long hours of trying not to screw it up - here it is... my mother at her wedding. Hope it is liked by all that see it and if not... I really don't care - I had fun. Over & out.
